If there is one constant in life, its change. In marketing, change is the name of the game. The wild and often wacky world of integrated marketing communications has transformed into a nebulous one. Gone are the days of simply having a neat idea and bringing it to fruition—now, we rely on analytics, customer personas, and behavioral profiling to super-charge our campaigns. And that’s great! It’s made the game an even more fun one to play.

But…all of the marketing tips, tools, and tricks won’t replace the gumption to actually act on them. That is, the courage to act on what you know, bring campaigns to life, and of course (and this is perhaps my personal favorite), kick ass while doing so.
